At KBRONS, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.






1. Returns Eligibility


We may accept returns on eligible items if:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item has not been installed, modified, or damaged
  • Original packaging is included where possible
  • Proof of purchase is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.






2. Non-Refundable Items


The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Used or installed parts
  • Electrical components
  • Clearance or sale items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may also be excluded from returns.






3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please provide:

If approved, we may offer:

- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.






6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

- Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard returns process.

KBRONS is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Damage caused during fitting
  • Labour or installation costs
  • Damage caused by misuse or modifications

Professional installation is recommended where applicable.






8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention


Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Refusal of future service
  • Legal action where necessary

We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and communication to payment providers during disputes.
