KBRONS is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.





6. Returns & Refunds

We may accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item has not been installed, modified, or damaged
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Original packaging is included where possible

Custom-made, personalised, electrical, used, installed, clearance, or sale items may be non-refundable unless faulty.


If a customer has ordered the incorrect item, we may accept a return or exchange provided the item meets the conditions above. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs where the incorrect item was ordered by them.


If an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item was sent by KBRONS, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

  • Refunds are processed once returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and any applicable price difference.
